§ 34-45. Restrictions relating to water allocations.

All allocations of Colorado River water made by the City of Bullhead City are expressly subject to all terms and conditions contained in Master Contract No. 2-07-30-W0273 between the City of Bullhead City and the United States Bureau of Reclamation, together with any approved amendments to such contract or any administrative regulations of the United States Bureau of Reclamation which may affect the city's right to continued deliveries of Colorado River water. All allocations of Colorado River water made by the city are specifically subject to the rights reserved by the United States Bureau of Reclamation under the master contract with the city to temporarily discontinue or restrict deliveries of water to Bullhead City when it is deemed necessary to do so in the opinion of the United States Secretary of the Interior.
