§ 34-44. Water allocation required for certain vacant parcels.

No building permit shall be issued for the construction of single-family or multifamily residential uses on vacant parcels, whether resulting from lot splits or platted lots, that do not have an adequate prior water allocation without first obtaining an adequate water allocation from the city council of the City of Bullhead City for the development. If approved by the city council, such allocation will be granted at the time of issuance of the necessary construction permits.
