§ 34-43. Water allocation required for certain multifamily apartment units and recreational vehicle parks.

No building permit shall be issued for any multifamily apartment units or recreational vehicle parks if the number of units to be constructed within a particular parcel or lot exceeds the original permitted density without first obtaining a water allocation from the city council of the City of Bullhead City. The new allocation applied for shall represent the quantity of water necessary to serve the proposed development and shall be calculated using the established criteria of the state department of water resources which provides for an assumed usage of 250 gallons per day for all single-family residences, 200 gallons per day for each multifamily apartment unit or recreational vehicle park space.
