§ 32-21. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any violation of section 32-20 constitutes a criminal violation, a Class 3 misdemeanor, and shall be punished in accordance with A.R.S. §§ 13-707(A)(3), 13-802(C) and 13-804. A person found guilty of a violation of section 32-20 shall be punished as follows:
(1)

A fine up to $500.00; and/or

(2)

A term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
