§ 32-19. Purpose and definition.

The purpose of this article is to prevent the unauthorized use of private or public property by motor vehicles when such use is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of life or property in the residential or commercial areas of the county. For the purposes of this article residential or commercial areas are those areas located within one quarter mile of a permanent residence or business establishment and outside of the limits of incorporated cities or towns.
