§ 14-101. License term; good standing.

(a)

Each license granted pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be nontransferable and/or nonassignable and shall be effective for a period of not more than one year unless earlier suspended or revoked.

(b)

The license year shall be from January 1 to December 31.

(c)

A license granted pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be deemed in good standing only if the licensee is in compliance with all provisions of this article.

(d)

Land application of sewage sludge under a license which is not in good standing shall be land application of sewage sludge without a license.
