§ 10-55. Violation and penalties.

Latest version.

In addition to any other penalties specified in A.R.S. title 44, ch. 11, art. 3, a violation of any provision of this article (including, without limitation, a failure to report or to timely report a reportable transaction, a failure to report information required by A.R.S. § 44-1625 or this article, or a failure to pay or to timely pay fees payable under Resolution No. 2013-025 or this article) shall be grounds for suspension of the pawnbroker's license pursuant to A.R.S. § 44-1628.
