§ 10-54. Payment of reporting fees required.

  • (a)

    In addition to fees required under A.R.S. § 44-1629 for licensing, each pawnbroker shall pay a reporting fee, as set, or amended, by the county board of supervisors. Reporting fees payable for initial reportable transactions during a calendar month shall be paid to the sheriff no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 28th day of the succeeding calendar month. Payment of all fees payable for the calendar month shall be made by a single check, or money order made payable to the county sheriff's office.

    (b)

    Make check payable to: Mohave County Sheriff Office.

    (c)

    The fees shall be deemed paid when deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to:
