§ 8-31. Amendments and deletions to the International Plumbing Code.

The International Plumbing Code, I.C.C., 2012 Edition, adopted, in section 8-21, together with all appendices thereto with the following amendments and deletions:

Appendices adopted with code:

a.

Appendix C - Vacuum Drainage System.

b.

Appendix E - Sizing of Water Piping System.

c.

Appendix F - Structural Safety.

(2)

Section 101.1 Title: Amend to insert Mohave County in brackets.

(3)

Section 103.1 General: Amend entire section and the requirements of the 2006 IPC shall remain applicable.

(4)

Section 106.6.2: Amend entire section to read: The fees for plumbing work shall be paid as required, in accordance with Section 8-25.

(5)

Section 106.6.3 Fee refunds (2): Amend to insert 80 percent into brackets.

(6)

Section 106.6.3 Fee refunds (3): Amend to insert 80 percent into brackets.

Section 108.4 Violation Penalties: Amend first sentence to read: Persons who violate a provision of this code or fail to comply with any requirements thereof or who erect, install, alter or repair plumbing work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be subject to penalties as prescribed by law.

Section 108.5 Stop work orders: Amend last sentence to read: Any person who continues any work in or about the structure after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be subject to penalties as prescribed by law.

Section 305.4.1 Sewer depth: Amend to insert 12 inches into brackets.

Section 403.2.1: Amend entire section and the requirements of the 2006 IPC shall remain applicable.

(11)

Section 715.1: Amend entire section and the requirements of the 2006 IPC shall remain applicable.
