§ 6-26. Penalties.
(a)
Violation of any provision of section 6-21, 6-22, or 6-23 is punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor as provided in A.R.S. § 13-707 which provides for imprisonment not to exceed four months and A.R.S. § 13-802 which provides for a fine not to exceed $750.00.
(b)
Violation of any provision of section 6-24 shall be a fine of $25.00. In addition, the penalty may include court costs and a reasonable charge for removal and storage of any vehicle removed, pursuant to section 6-25(2).
(c)
The violation of any provision of section 6-24(b) shall be a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Act.
