§ 4-177. Limitation.

(a)

No portion of a grooming shop, pet shop, kennel or veterinary hospital in which animals are kept, caged or boarded shall be used for human habitation, unless acceptable provisions for separation are permanently provided.

(b)

Food for human consumption shall not be prepared or served in the same room in which animals are kept, caged, boarded, groomed or fed.

(c)

Microwaves and other kitchen equipment shall be designated for animal or for human use only.
