§ 4-175. Disinfection of implements.

Pet shops using implements during the bathing and grooming of animals must disinfect implements following the completion of grooming each animal. Documentation of sanitization process shall be provided at the time of application for permit to operate. Sanitizing solutions shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure effective disinfection.
