§ 4-171. Light and ventilation.

(a)

The premises where animals are kept shall be ventilated to the external air by forced draft ventilation or other approved means and adequately lighted.

(b)

At least 20 footcandles of light shall be provided in all bathing, grooming, feeding, and toilet areas. At least ten footcandles shall be provided in all other areas.
