§ 4-104. Effective date of compliance.

All pet and grooming shops and kennels shall comply or come into compliance with the requirements of this article. Should any pet and grooming shop or kennel not be in compliance with this article at the time of approval, depending upon the extent of the violations, time shall be given at the discretion of the department to correct violations as needed. Should proper corrections not be made, enforcement will follow.
