§ 34-249. Fees.

(a)

The following fees are for services provided through implementing the county development services department, division of environmental quality delegation agreement with the state department of environmental quality:

All fees shall be payable to the county development services department.

(1)

Type 4 aquifer protection permit (APP) fees.
