§ 34-219. Zoning applicability; implementation schedule for existing facilities.

(a)

This article shall be applicable to all properties zoned or granted a zoning use permit in accordance with the county zoning ordinance for the purposes of any type of commercial, manufacturing, and parks use.

(b)

Existing turf facilities or water features currently using potable water that fall under the provisions of this article shall comply by January 1, 2018, or such other date as established by existing contracts.
