§ 34-216. Water features.

(a)

New and existing public or commercial water features that are located within one mile (5,280 feet) of a reclaimed water service line, and are 50 square feet in size or larger or use 27 gallons per day or more, shall use only reclaimed water.

(b)

Specific water feature design to reduce evaporation (e.g., cascading rather than vertical sprays), shall be required for all water features.
