Any person, firm, association, corporation, individual, partnership or joint venture
violating any provision of this division is guilty of a Class I misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $150.00 nor more
than $2,500.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
