If the county surveyor or the director denies approval of the minor land division,
the owner or agent may appeal the decision to the planning and zoning commission.
If the planning and zoning commission denies the approval of the minor land division,
the owner or agent may appeal the decision to the board of supervisors. Deadlines
for action contained in this section do not apply to appeals. The appeal shall be
placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting of the commission or the board.
