§ 30-492. Prohibited action by the county.

  • (a)

    The county may not deny approval of any land division that meets the requirements of A.R.S. § 11-831, or where noncompliance with minimum zoning regulations or legal access have been noticed in the deed.

    (b)

    The county may not require a public hearing on a request to divide five or fewer lots, parcels, or fractional interests, or the parcel plat. Public hearings will be held on rezone requests in conformance with state statute.
