§ 30-487. Permit application.

(a)

Any person dividing land in the county into five or fewer lots, parcels, or fractional interests, any one or more of which are less than 36 acres and that does not involve or require a change in zoning, shall submit an application for a minor land division to the public works department. The application shall include the following:

(1)

A parcel plat conforming to section 30-519.

(2)

Processing fee according to article VII of this chapter.

(b)

The applicant shall submit five copies of the plan and documents.
