§ 30-401. Coordination of subdivision improvements with the general plan.

These regulations promote the goals and objectives of the current county general plan, and A.R.S. § 11-805, and require subdivisions at a minimum to provide improvements to implement those goals and objectives and those of any relevant accompanying area plan. If discrepancies exist between the general plan, area plans, and these regulations, the greater standard shall apply and subdivision applicants shall provide the higher standard improvement requirement.
