When one or more utilities, such as electricity. telephone, other communications,
street lighting, or cable television lines, are to be provided by the developer, they
must be provided in accordance with the specifications of these regulations, conditions
of any franchise agreement, and in accordance with the state corporation commission
regulations. The developer is responsible for cooperating with the servicing agencies
for the installation of such utilities.
