§ 30-397. Water supply adequacy.

  • (a)

    The developer shall submit plans for the provision of an adequate subdivision potable water supply, where required, regardless of lot sizes, to the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) or equivalent agency, in accordance with A.R.S. § 45-108.

    (b)

    A report from the ADWR or equivalent agency on the adequacy of the water supply for the subdivision shall be submitted with the final plat. If the ADWR issues a finding of water inadequacy, a note to that effect shall appear on the final plat, and in the public report for the sale of the lots in the subdivision, despite the findings of any other source.
