§ 30-368. Easements and utilities.

  • (a)

    Except as otherwise provided by these regulations, public utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, telephone, cable, transmission lines, etc.) shall be placed in road rights-of-way or in separate easements adjacent to the rights-of-way in accordance with county-adopted policies for placement and minimum cover.

    (b)

    Where existing or proposed public utilities conflict with a proposed subdivision design, it shall be the developer's or owner's responsibility to provide for the installation, relocation, or removal of such utility or otherwise resolve the conflict.
