§ 30-277. Completion of improvements.

  • (a)

    All on-site and off-site subdivision improvements required of and proposed by a developer shall be completed by the developer prior to the consideration of a final plat by the board of supervisors, as outlined under section 30-145.

    (b)

    In lieu of compliance with subsection (a) of this section, if a developer proposes the completion of all or part of the subdivision improvements after the recordation of the subdivision final plat, the developer must use one of the methods of assurance defined in section 30-278, to ensure the completion of those improvements.

    (c)

    Applicants using assurances shall have subdivision improvement plans (construction plans) approved by the county engineer, and/or other appropriate agency, prior to commencing construction.
