§ 30-201. Commercial/industrial subdivisions may not include any residential lots or parcels.

Proposed commercial/industrial subdivisions consisting entirely of nonresidential lots (i.e., commercial or industrial zoned land) shall be processed per the following requirements. Commercial/industrial subdivisions may not include any residential lots or parcels.
