§ 30-179. Definition.

(a)

All provisions of the county land division regulations shall apply to Type II subdivision proposals, unless stated otherwise in this division. In the event of any conflict of regulations, the higher standard shall apply.

(b)

Type II subdivision proposals shall include from six to 25 lots.
