§ 30-110. Phasing.

(a)

Proposed phasing of a subdivision is to be depicted on the preliminary plat. Each subdivision phase must be able to function independently when constructed according to the land division subdivision regulations from any other subdivision phase.

(b)

Phases that require improvements shall be designed and constructed with complete, independent infrastructure or adjoin a previously completed phase or phases.
