§ 30-47. Change in ownership, project surveyor or project engineer.

If the owner, project engineer, or the project surveyor changes, notification shall be made, in writing, within 30 days of the change to the department. Proper documentation as to new ownership or a change in project engineer or project surveyor of record shall include new addresses and telephone numbers. The county shall not be responsible for changes, incompleteness, or notifications to previous or current owners or project engineers where there are obsolete addresses and telephone numbers for which the county has no control.
