§ 30-46. Appeal.

  • If during the processing of a subdivision plat an applicant objects to the recommendations or determinations made by the director, the applicant may appeal the decision to the board of supervisors. All appeals must be submitted to the director within 30 days of the date the decision was made. Upon receipt of a written statement of objection specifying the points of concern, the matter shall be scheduled for the next available meeting of the board of supervisors. Except as otherwise provided in these regulations (including exceptions from standards in section 30-10), the board, in considering an appeal by an applicant, shall enforce not less than the minimum adopted regulations and ordinances of the county, and any applicable state or federal law.
