§ 28-91. General requirements.

(a)

A person shall operate and maintain the vehicle and equipment so that a health hazard, environmental nuisance, or violation of a water quality standard established under Arizona Administrative Code, title 18, ch. 11 is not created.

(b)

Septic tank pumpers must comply with the requirements of Arizona Administrative Code title 18, ch. 13, art. 11 and these regulations
