§ 28-20. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Job site means premises where construction is permitted under this article.

Permittee means the person or persons who have obtained a permit for construction under County Ordinance 98-05 or the county zoning ordinance.

Trash receptacles means trash bins, barrels, or other receptacles sufficient in number and size, and constructed to prevent litter at the job site.
