§ 28-19. Intent and purpose.

  • (a)

    At their meeting on May 16, 2005, the county board of supervisors heard a proposal for requiring trash receptacles at construction sites in the unincorporated area of the county.

    (b)

    Residential and commercial construction has increased substantially in the county since 2000.

    (c)

    Refuse and trash from construction sites is littering neighborhoods and public ways creating a nuisance and detracting from established residences.

    (d)

    R.18.13-307 of the Arizona Administrative Code requires that trash and refuse be stored according to that section.

    (e)

    This article was noticed in the Kingman Daily Miner, a paper of general circulation in the county on May 1, 2005, as required by state law.
