§ 24-51. Visitor services in accordance with county purchasing policies.

It is the policy of the county board of supervisors that visitor services as set forth in section 24-50, if not otherwise permitted by a permit as provided for by this article, shall be by concession contract or other appropriate agreement let in accordance with county purchasing policies.
