§ 24-46. Funding county park operations, services and expansion.

The county has authority pursuant to law to enact ordinances to protect the health, welfare and safety of the people within the jurisdiction of the board of supervisors, and the board of supervisors finds that uses of county park lands for purposes of funding county parks operations and enhancement for the purpose of operating and enhancing facilities and services at existing county parks or acquiring real estate for additional county parks or expansion of existing county parks under the authority of A.R.S. §§ 11-934, 11-935, and 11-941 may include funds derived from concession contract fees and other revenue generating activities.
