§ 14-98. Prohibited acts.

(a)

The land application of sewage sludge without a license from the county constitutes filth and is prohibited in all county zoning districts.

(b)

The land application of sewage sludge without a license from the county shall be subject to the provisions of article III of this chapter.

(c)

The land application of sewage sludge without a license from the county shall include both surface and subsurface application.
