§ 12-28. Warrant fee.

In addition to all other fees assessed, the judge of the superior court of the county shall assess a $50.00 warrant fee from each defendant in a criminal case or an obligor in a child support enforcement case, after they are arrested when a failure to appear warrant has been issued.
