§ 12-23. Disbursement of fees.

The Mohave County Treasurer shall disburse said fees consisting of $60.00 into the Court Improvement Fund—Automation. The Mohave County Treasurer shall also disburse said fees consisting of $30.00 into the court improvement fund electronic document management system (EDMS) fund. The Mohave County Treasurer shall also disburse said fees consisting of $10.00 into the court improvement—other fund.
