§ 10-235. Exemption of contract employees from limitations on hours of labor.

Any person employed by a children's camp on a written contract basis for a specified term longer than one week shall be exempt from the provisions of A.R.S. § 23-233, relating to daily and weekly hours of labor, except that no child under the age of 16 years shall be employed for more than 40 hours in any one week.
