§ 10-160. Waste disposal.
(a)
All putrescible material, garbage, trash, rubbish, excreta, manure and refuse shall be stored in durable flytight containers and disposed of in accordance with state rules governing the storage and disposal of refuse and other objectionable wastes.
(b)
All such material shall be removed from the property in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code title 18, ch. 13, art. 3 in an approved manner (a copy of a disposal contract with a licensed provider shall be provided at the time of application for permit to operate).
(c)
Garbage cans shall be thoroughly washed after emptying and shall be maintained free of odors and other objectionable conditions.
(d)
All containers for rubbish shall be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent a nuisance.
(e)
All refuse containers shall be maintained in good repair.
(f)
Each recreational vehicle space shall be provided with a trapped sewer, at least three inches in diameter, which shall be connected to receive all liquid waste from the recreational vehicle located in such space. Except that a trapped sewer is not required in parks restricted to recreational vehicles in which all fixtures discharge through a trap located in the recreational vehicle plumbing system.
