The sewage disposal system shall comply with all provisions of state rules and/or
local regulations.
(b)
Where a public sewerage system is to be used and is already in existence, or if sewers
are proposed and have been approved by the department and/or the state department
of environmental quality, it will only be necessary to show the location and size
of the sewer lines within the park. Approval to construct the sewers serving the recreational
vehicle park will not be given unless the capacity of the receiving sewers and the
treatment facility which will receive the wastes is determined to have adequate capacity
for the increased load resulting from the installation of the recreational vehicle
park.
